Tool of the day goes to GA Gov Nathan Deal and ATL Mayor Kaseem Reed for holding a joint press conference yesterday claiming the weather was "unexpected". Also for the entire ATL area school systems for not cancelling school in advance, just to save $ on not having to remain open one more day in May. They all had the brilliant idea to throw in the towel at the same time yesterday.
