As much as it pains me to say it I think Mesa is your best option. They have a lot of projected movement and I believe they're working on getting a new and improved contract.
Same or more movement projected at PSA. Even with a new contract at best Mesa would be even with PSA contractually but probably still below. Not to mention the possibility of being based in Hawaii, Dulles, whatever the new 175 base will be (not CLT) for who knows how long. I think PHX is most senior at Mesa so probably wouldn't get stuck there.
PSA concessions are a crap sandwich, but if you live in CLT, it's the best option IMO.
