I just posted on another thread about how cheap Parker is.
I don't think service will improve.
Parker doesn't mind not having the best service. As long as the jets leave/arrive on time and the profits roll in, he could care less.
He structured the executive incentive plan on DOT stats at LCC, expect to see the same at AAL. As long as the DOT stats get met (his bonus is secured), all else is white noise.
