Who do we call if we think vacation weeks were not correctly awarded? A week I asked for shows as available and I did not get that week, yes it was higher then my awarded choice.

You need to contact Crew Resources. Lynn Ivey is the vacation guru over there. Hopefully you have a screenshot of your bid that was submitted with a timestamp before the deadline. The next round closes in less than 10 minutes.
