I'm not sure any of us can say who is winning. I've had one SC dropped (tried to give me a 10AM on day one) and one LC trip dropped. In both cases they just dropped them and put me back on reserve. No PD's and no docked pay. I was told by ALPA that this is what is happening in most cases. I do know 2 guys who have had PD's placed on their schedules and had a visit to the CP office. They will be included in a group grievance over the issue.

I think this will take a long time to figure out who wins. The only way we are going to win is to stick to the contract that both parties signed and agreed to. If we just go along with the SD memo then they will absolutely win.
