That's only true along with no obligation to acknowledge prior to 3 hours prior, and then needing 10 hours rest. So if anyone tried to "go all contract" on him over that, thats not an interpertation they want to get into.

Its a mess right now but I hope management understands the need to start resolving one or two of these issues in our favor. We've caved in far too often over the last several years. We've given them billions and its the pilots' turn to get a little bit back now that the corporation can afford it.
I hope ALPA will "go all contract" for a change.
