Contract Question. I couldn't definitively find it in the contract. Does the co. have to get you a hotel for a domicile layover? I didn't think so but they did get me one the other night in DTW during the IROPS. Guy in the lounge last night swears its been added to our contract.

Agreed. It's well worth the dues money whatever they spend on the pros there. I've always gotten accurate and as prompt as possible responses.
Speaking of- what is the min sit time for us to be required to be given a hotel? I got rerouted into a 4:55 one yesterday (while descending through 11,000 feet back into mecca... talk about a distraction- probably should ASAP that one). I didn't particularly mind it since my parents were passing through trying to get home and it was nice getting to spend time with them.
Section 5 E.1.d looks like it would cover both of these. Timbo is right on the 5 hours.
1. The Company will provide adequate and comfortable single occupancy lodging for a pilot who is:

d. at a station (at or away from base) at which the pilot is scheduled for block-in to block-out time of more than five hours (upon the pilot’s request).
