Obviously, Eagle FOs are paid much less per seat flown than AA pilots. In no way are we overpaid; we are clearly underpaid. Keep in mind, Eagle will become even cheaper relative to AA in the next several years if we vote in this horrible TA, because AA has contractual annual pay raises, while Eagle pay would have ZERO increases for the next four years. I’m only considering pay; if you consider other items such as trip/duty rigs and 401(k), Eagle pilots are even cheaper!
Don’t believe the propaganda that we are overpaid. Vote NO.
Yes, much less than half pay, and that is just a fraction of the total compensation package. Management is out of touch with reality.
