The e190(not sure what airline) D'bag yesterday in Phl who wouldn't give a detailed braking action report. After multiple runway closings and openings between 9L&R and everyone holding people start to go in. Very concise reports (IE: touchdown, midpoint and rollout) from a usair, air whisky, and a couple of departing aircraft this tool was totally unwilling to say anything other than fair to poor at about 1500 ft. Ok, which 1500'? Would help in decision making process as we were getting close on divert fuel. But no, after 2 requests with the same answer, the 3rd request was answered in a douchey tone of "we landed didn't we". Totally unprofessional, still didn't answer the f'ing question. Finally got some reports from departing aircraft as we were inside the marker that were detailed enough. Special thanks to the departing air whisky crew who recommended shutting down 9R after sliding all over on takeoff roll. And to you Mr. E190 may bedbugs keep you awake and infest your home!
