The way I understand it is that if you have 300 hours of PIC turbo prop, you get offered PIC pay. I am ASSUMING that you would NOT be hired unless you have over 300 hours in a TP as PIC and have spent time as an IP in the military for the PC-12. it is a very selective program.

Most, if not all, new hires will go to the King Air. All the airplanes do some sort of ISR work. King Air works harder than -7.

QOL...well, you are deployed and everything that goes along with it.

By the way, seat position has nothing to do with pay. SIC's WILL fly from the left seat.
