For the last 10 months of this year we have 99 retirements. I think about 10 are out sick. Of the 89 left a quick count shows 60 or so actually holding 7ER or higher.
Not arguing your factual (99) retirement numbers, but how realistic is it that only ~100 pilots will retire by year's end?
Someone posted in the past (you/PG?), that a more realistic number equals total (scheduled) retirements, plus ~10% of the list. My apologies if my assumptions/understanding of previous post is wrong.
