That’s a picture of a BSLAM. Folks here in Virginia make these and then cast them with all their might hoping that when they hit the water and sink, they strike the Bass on the head and knock them out. Netting them afterwards is easy-peasy. Must have come loose from the line and hurdled through the air until it struck the woman’s house. A common danger from this type of fishing in these parts.
