Definitely not surprised either, but I had a full bird Col look me in the eye and tell me that he was present at a force shaping meeting with Gen Welsh and one of the first things Welsh said was that we cannot have a repeat of 2011. If we are going to RIF guys we have to give them the option to VSP first. If all of the rumors are true and they are not waiving UPT ADSC's I am filing an IG Complaint immediately.

I am also hoping for that as well. I submitted my application at 0007 CST and will hope for the best. I am going to be so angry if I went through all of this trouble preparing my family, jerking around Guard/Reserve units, and making it clear to my boss that I want out if I was never even eligible to apply in the first place.

I have no doubt in my mind I don't want to be a part of this organization anymore. The only thing I give a **** about anymore is my flag and the guys I am serving next to.
