I ve had the same issues, out of 3 agg pick up since jan 1st, only one worked.
i used the reserve aggressive pickup tab last week and it worked then, never tried the real time trip trade though.
For short call assignments, are they supposed to strictly follow the FIFO list or can they bypass a guy good for only 2 days in favor of a 4 or 5 day guy further down the list?
I was reading the union email about FIFO grievance, is the 1 hrs added to guarantee for each unused/canceled SC or FSB a permanent deal or just until they fix the issue.
it sounds like the hotel is until FIFO gets fixed but the 1hr added might be permanent?? Maybe i m just reading it wrong.
have they said what the procedure is to get hotels remebursed for SC/FSB?
