Good question. Here is the table with just pilots in general.
There is a DTW 777 A that sits in top 500, hired at 23, only 52 now, 13 more years to go to hit a 42 year career.

That graph is fascinating. I wonder how many pilots are under the age of 40. Looks like at least a thousand. I wish we could get a similar graph for UAL and AAL too. It would be interesting to see which group has the highest number of young(ish) pilots. My bet is UAL...
