Do we have a good list for folks regarding the essay / writing competition subjects?

Some I can think of off hand...

Balanced Takeoff
Derate Takeoff- how/why/etc
PRM approaches
Oceanic procedures

As it has been said before this is a exercise of aviation knowledge, but in my opinion an opportunity to prove to the company you can write a one page letter to the company and not sound illiterate.
