Why do you keep sticking up for your regional airline? With all the regionals hiring right now and some struggling to fill classes, why in the world would anyone chose the one with no cancelation credit, no min day credit, no trip / duty rig, lower pay, and a terrible reputation?

Its like renting a car and being able to pick any car in the isle, then choosing the Daewoo. You only do that if its the only car left!
