There is no such thing as a contract that will not have an exploitable loophole. I think what you are advocating in red is way more expensive than the potential gain that would be realized. Dealing with God is much easier, and probably costs a lot less.

As too the comment that it will be too costly, their percentage of the net gain on a contract as a fee, appears to be fully deductible.
IF, big if, these was ever done, the SMEs for our contract and ALPA would need to be involved.
