I still would have more concerns about the company somehow making a claim that they have the right to access your personal tablet if heaven forbid something goes wrong while your using it on duty. Since the software is essentially purchased and owned by eagle. I don't think its an issue if you use the ipad solely as an EFB and have no personal data on it.
