Upgrade time is a complete unknown and could change with our upcoming contract issues. Right now it's maybe 6-7 years.
QOL in base is great. I've been here 3 years. Some months I bid reserve, sometimes I get a line. Staffing shuffles between bases.
Typical sizes seem to be less than 10 and run every 2 weeks.
We may or may not have a lot of changes coming. I would only consider coming here if you live in a current Eagle base and not Chicago. Lots of talk of Chicago going away and it has been slowly shrinking.
Actually I wouldn't consider coming here until you see what plays out with current mess.
