LTPs have to pay their bills just like everyone else. It's fine to already have a job at a regional or a major and tell everyone else that they shouldn't accept one so that the unions can use the supposed pilot shortage as leverage to get higher pay. Just how many years would that take? It would probably be faster if the high time pilots (htps) would all quit or refuse to fly until pay levels are increased to whatever is supposedly right. The planes aren't going to leave the ground with ltps as pic, so come on Captains, quit your jobs so we can all have better pay.
