On one hand BB is saying they can't find pilots, and on the other they have one of the highest interview washout rates? Can anybody reconcile this?
Yes, what it means is there is a mixed bag and motley crew of folks that have probably failed every rating they have ever taken but just kept on flying and now have 1500 hours. I have instructed some students who I would never hire to do anything much less fly a plane. No one wants to tell them “you can’t” even if you put your mind to it.
