Assuming your new-hire seat lock is over, if you were to be displaced are you then seat locked in the displacement plane? Does your pay drop substantially during training from your previous guarantee? If you are displaced in November, but then able to hold it again in April would you have to do the entire er school again?
There's no seat lock for a mandatory displacement.
I have never broken the code on training pay during a month with a long school. I've always been surprised by either how much or how little it was. You don't have much control over pay hours during transition training. Thank you,sir may I have another?
