Does your pay drop substantially during training from your previous guarantee? If you are displaced involuntarily you have no seat lock on the new jet regardless of whether your new hire seat lock was over.
Your pay during training will not drop substantially. Probably not at all. It might even go up. (assuming you were on reserve)
You do not have to do school over again for an airplane you have been off for less than a year. Generally just a couple days of sims if you can demonstrate proficiency. A warm up day and a check ride. Pretty low key if you prepare. If you need a little more sim time then they will give it to you.
