You can sell back any PTO above 100hrs for 150% pay. There aren't any restrictions on occurrences of PTO usage, but they do watch things like sick calls (which you can use PTO to get paid sick). PTO accrual is 9hrs/mo up til year 5. You can bank up to two years worth of accrual before you hit the cap. Once you hit the cap you don't gain PTO until you use/sell some to get below the cap.
Interesting. That can add up quickly when cashing it in.
I guess it depends on if you want to use it or get paid for it.
