I have an important personal commitment 4 months after my class date where I will need a long weekend off (Fri-Sun Minimum). Missing the commitment is not an option. Should I:
(a.) Tell management on day one of class
(b.) Wait and see what schedule I am awarded before mentioning it.
(c.) Hope that I will have enough PTO to use for any trips/reserve that are in conflict.
