I doubt they will ever announce massive hiring but the hiring will continue at a steady rate for a long time. If Wall Street hears how many pilots we have to hire and the impending pilot shortage that could play a negative effect on stock prices. Announcements of hiring slowly shows stability in the company. It may slow also in the summer due to increase block hours and the need for instructors to fly the line but I don't think it will stop.

Im sure Wall Street knows. And if they dont know, then their analysts are deaf and blind. Kind of like the assumption that Boeing and Airbus have no clue that Richard Anderson likes to play them.
