Compass new hires don't get flow up rights. Upgrades are never a guarantee. So don't add Compass to that list. You should give new pilots more credit. Most of them now-a-days do look at a strong contract when deciding on a regional.Originally Posted by Bzzt
Upgrades and flow. New hires look at that way more than a strong contract, just look at who is still finding new hires in the current market (PSA, Compass, Mesa). 90% of the guys who go to regionals do so to do their time and move on, not make a career of their garbage regional.Edit: forgot to mention Skywest, they seem to have the best of both worlds.
