Basically do what Republic is doing. Drop the small jet flying for more lucrative larger regional jet flying.
Ummm....I think it's time to take a step back from the keyboard and read some facts before aimlessly typing away misinformation. Republic is about to DROP that "lucrative" large rj flying because of inability to staff.
