What is historically inaccurate about it?

1. AAG approached Eagle last summer and asked for a "B-scale." (more like a C-scale compared to mainline) The Eagle MEC listened to their pilots and told AMR to go pound sand. AAG said fine, we'll go to PSA and offer them a deal.

2. AAG goes to you guys at PSA and offers you an even worse deal than they offered Eagle (the B-scale offered to Eagle was only going to affect new hires, they could have easily thrown future generations under the bus) and you guys vote it in.

3. AAG comes back to Eagle and says, "Agree to PSA concessions or else….." The Eagle MEC listens to their pilots yet again and decides to kill the second offer.

You cut the legs out from Eagle when you took your deal. Eagle just made it easier for Air Whiskey and whoever else follows next to say no too.
