It's just attrition. No furloughs, and most of the movement will be senior FO's and mid-junior captains. All regionals will be shrinking, but AE will have the extra 20-30 going off the top compared to others.
You're also seeing a 3-4 year drawdown to that number before the 90 orders start showing. If you're still at a regional be then, do us a favor, stay there, because something is definitely wrong with you.
They all are going to shrink, you're just getting an inside view of what Eagles will look like. Most others will have it worse.
