It is not perfect but one of the best attempts, if you can write something better please share.
I wasn't insinuating that I could write anything better but this person is trying to push pretty early in this write-up that we are highly trained, highly professional, and highly educated. Yes the content is there but it doesn't paint the picture he is trying to express with grammatical and spelling errors.
As far as the RLA. I wasn't looking for an online guide on the history of the RLA. Maybe a few sentences explaining WHY it restricts us from striking and how it governs our negotiating process and how management not only hold the best cards, but also knows what cards we have in our hand.
If I'm an educated, professional outsider I would raise my eyebrows a little.
A quick once over of 5 minutes or so and this thing is great.
