Long call is still being sorted out. There's a 12 hour component, then there's a 9 hour blackout component (3 hours prior to become notified) and then there's FAR 117 that is at odds with the 12 hour part of that because you then need 10 additional hours. The company made up a 2 hour rolling leash that pretty much no one is complying with because its a fabricated concession pulled out of thin air and they're pretending they don't need to negotiate, but they do, big time. So the issue will have to be settled through negotiations (oh the humanity!) instead of via unilateral memo. So long call will likely be different by the time you get on property, trained and out on the line than it is now because it simply has to change.
Reasonably available for short call is considered to be *about* 2 hours, with more for weather, traffic, etc and in "co-terminal" bases that's considered to be 2 hours from LAX in LA or any NYC airport of your choosing, and "reasonable report" (meaning as long or longer as necessary) for the others. Reasonable report in those cases can and often is substantially longer than 2 hours unless you have a helicopter.
Reserve guarantee is 72-80 hours and averages I think 75.5 for the year. You get a little more during vacation and training months, and quarterly CD learning pays above that too, plus sometimes you may fly above guarantee anyway so it'll be a bit more.
