My understanding was no. They completed our background pretty fast so my take is they know the PRIA history well before getting a conditional offer.
Big takeaway is to be honest and forthcoming in the interview. It shouldn't be a show stopper unless it's kept a secret. They gave us multiple opportunities to admit if we had any info to bring up that was not put on the application. Later in the closing HR interview they ask point blank about check ride failures again.
