Fill out the airlineapps.com and check all the boxes for all the Regionals. I have been out of flying 6 years, not current and have 3 interviews coming up. Only thing I recommend to you is the ATP written and 1st class medical. Only one regional said they would not consider me unless I'm current and that was Skywest, they actually emailed me to say that and contact them when I am current if still interested. You will get calls within a week after filling out the airlineapps website. (of course assuming you have no violations / dui's or a bunch of tickets etc) Keep us posted and good luck.
You might want to get IFR current before training, unless you have previous experience jumping back into the cockpit after a long absence. You will be amazed at the simple things which pilots take for granted that will be hard for you at first. BTDT, it's an eye-opener.
