FIRE THEM ALL!!!
I don't think ALPA should be in the business of getting pilots fired.

However, what is the point of publishing a Code of Ethics if you're not willing to enforce them? If a pilot is unwilling to follow our code of ethics after a reasonable warning, he should not be allowed continued membership in ALPA. Seems pretty simple to me. Are one pilot's dues that important that we basically forsake our principles to allow every scumbag operator the privilege of membership if they can pay?

Sort of goes along with the unending defense of the indefensible. Whether it's consistently poor performance in training or on the line, sock puppets or habitual thievery, etc. Sooner or later, in order to maintain ANY semblance of credibility, ALPA needs to be willing to call a spade a spade and acknowledge the individual has no business operating any aircraft as a professional pilot.

It's the company's responsibility to fire a pilot - ALPA just needs to objectively evaluate the situation and sometimes make a properly supported decision not to stand in the way.
