I would say a slight shuffle.. You cant expect regionals to completely relocate bases and company HQ just because mainline says so. I'd expect everything to remain where they are, atleast with the Jet regionals of Eagle, PSA, Mesa, and maybe AWI. I can see some intermingling of bases/and/or fly throughs on a regular basis. PDT, sorry, no ideas here.
