You spoke about the "CAAptain Culture" at AA. I do have to laugh. As I was explaining how AA does thing (from the observations I'd seen and what I'd read) to one guy I flew with, he seemed to beam with pride and embrace it. He was quite excited to learn about this. Because of his other actions during the trip, it was not a fun 4-day.
