Chasing an upgrade to eventually stagnate probably would not be the best decision as there are countless applicants with 1000+ TPIC time that haven't yet been hired by a legacy or an LCC.

Unfortunately, I do not have a number or a name of anyone in HR but maybe someone else could chime in with that.
Sorry I'm confused, I thought post merger L-XJT and L-ASA were operating under the same contract. If not, just curious what are some of the differences?
