I would really like to get hired by ExpressJet and have turned down other offers in hopes of hearing from them for an interview. I've had my app in with them for a couple months now and have not heard back from them. I have all the qualifications they require according to the "compare my app" feature on airlineapps.com. This is really surprising to me. I thought XJET was clamoring to hire just about anybody that met ATP mins. due to attrition being so high. I also heard that the ERJ side is very understaffed. So not getting at least a callback doesn't seem to make sense to me.
Can anybody share some insight into why he isn't at least getting a call to interview if he meets all the mins?
