I thought so too, but we have a lot of people in training at the moment that aren't out on the line. So I'm not sure how many current and qualified pilots there are flying this month.
The bid packet shows 528 pilots and I counted about 132 something non-bidders in March (the guys with a 1 next to their name in the bid packet who are in training, on leave, or flowing in March)
So 528 - 132 = 396 pilots. Even if you add back the 20 guys flowing in march and 20 guys who are probably flying in February but in upgrade training in March we have around 436 active pilots.
