We bid hard lines at this joint... I've worked Monday-Thursday without any disruption in that pattern for the last 5 months. The past couple months that have involved "carry-in" days at beginning of month, the company hasn't put anything on my schedule. I do not bid differently for holidays, etc. I just like consistency. I bid late starts, live in base. At start of month, my lines are usually 92-95 hours of block, ends up being around 87ish hours of block and 100-105 hours of credit.
