Yes we had to pay for our own uniforms. I believe it is payroll deductible.

-Can you give the 'quick and dirty' on airport employee parking passes and how they work at satellite/co-terminals i.e. will we get passes for EWR, LGA and JFK for NYC base?
I got awarded 320/LGA, but all of our flying is out of JFK for the time being, so we only get a parking pass for JFK. The folks at JFK said you will only get a pass for an airport if you operate out of that airport.

-I know the B-plan is currently at 16%. Does AA match any portion of your own $$ that is put into the 401k? Is there a Roth 401k option?
As far as I know it is only the 16% contribution from AA, no match. And we get that after 1 year of service. There is a Roth option.

-It's my understanding (from a previous thread) that you bid for aircraft based on your age (oldest to youngest) within your new hire class but then your ACTUAL SYSTEM SENIORITY for the remainder of your career at American Airlines is determined by who completes training first. Can you please confirm this.
I can confirm this, except that it goes by your expected completion date for training. I was the youngest guy in my class and expected to be the most junior until they explained how the process works. When they came to assign aircraft/bases to my class, several guys older than me elected to choose S80 DFW or 767 MIA and I was left with 320 LGA which had an expected completion date that was sooner. So I gained about 8 numbers in seniority.

Thanks very much for your time.
