I'll look into it. I've got solid times (1700tt/450me), but I've been out of the professional game for two years. Just been flying on the side(and instructing here and there) to maintain proficiency, so my recent time is low. That seems to be my biggest stumbling block right now. I can't get hired by an airline with the low recent times and no flight school/small 135 operator will give me a full schedule since they know I'll bail as soon as I rack up 100 hours.
MDT is SUPER senior on the CA side. For FO's it is senior for the top half of the list, then turns junior. The bad thing is, after about 6 months, you will have moved up as far as you can. Good crews in MDT tho. If you want to move to Lancaster, PDT would be a good fit, so would AWAC. It is about an hour and a half to PHL airport from Lancaster (I used to live in Lancaster and drive it 2-3 times a week).
