I think the whole "got off at 2am and flew all day starting at 7am" may just be conjecture......I know a guy that worked days in the hub and bid to fly "high-speeds/illegal overnights" at his regional job. Sure he put in a lot of hours, but I don't think a schedule like this would make someone unsafe. He was only operating two legs, and had decent rest time in between......

Just my opinion, and worth exactly what you paid for it.
