Yep...similar experience. I got a fix-it email a few months back. Putting down each assignment as a separate entry seemed to do the trick. If you flew multiple aircraft in an assignment - even as part of a TDY - I'd just include that in the job description. Put any formal flying training in your education block. That's what I did anyway, and no one had questions about any of that info in the interview.
