Best training cycle I have ever been through in my life. Now we have screwed that program up though so who knows how it is now.
it has changed quite a bit since then. I had the same experience as you, but now they want you to know everything when you show up it seems like. I've been through 3 other training programs since NATCO and it's definitely skewed toward the pilot teaching himself nearly everything before showing up. It's sad really
