Work history--I broke down all my PCSs back through UPT. Education--I included HS, college, and Masters as well as all PME both in residence and correspondence and also foreign language study/work abroad. Military--I just had two entries--one for college and another as officer on active duty. I did not include any of my formal training/upgrades for any of my three aircraft. Not saying you shouldn't but I got the call without it. Make sure your PCS dates line up and there are no gaps.
