most important thing is the memory items and limitations. go through the flows every other night before you get to houston and then everynight before bed when you get here. go home the first weekend and then camp out until you are done with ftds. dont read the CFM VOL 2. they will teach you everything you need to know in that book when you get there. on that know dont be the idiot in systems class who asks all the 'what if' questions. no one likes that and it slows everyone down. also i came from a duchess straight to the 145 and didnt know what a 'bleed' was or anything about turbine engines for that matter. its possible to do well and not be in a jet before.
