Completely agree. You may disagree vehemently with George Bush or Barak Obama, but they both should be addressed as "Mr. President." Same goes for John Boehner or Nancy Pelosi. They're entitled to be addressed as "Mr. Speaker" or "Madam Speaker."
Its merely good manners.
